Handle

After seeing Cristi's picture, I found this handle on the concrete floor on my way home after work. What on earth is it supposed to do? I guess it's there for some reason but then abandoned and the opening was sealed off. Thanks god that the handle is not in the middle of road, otherwise I might trip up...

    I like this, handles without a purpose makes you wonder what they were once used for and why the handles are still there.
